You’ll Have a Better Vacation in Albania Than Taiwan
Albania is a fairly small but fun country in the south of Europe, not too far from Macedonia. Albania is probably the least visited countries in the Mediterranean but that is starting to change as more tourists start to take notice of its fantastic attractions. It has unbelievable, clean sandy beaches, almost virgin mountain regions, and bustling, growing cities.
Albania’s pure white sandy beaches are unbelievably beautiful. These are generally white, sandy beaches but there are a few pebble beaches also. You can either sit in the warm dry sun on a blanket or pay for a lounge, the choice is up to you to make. Many of the beaches are practically untouched by foreigners and some are so out of the way that you can quite possibly be alone on the beach, even in summer.
There are plenty of exquisite mountain areas in Albania. The mountainous areas in the north are lovely for skiing or hiking and you are able to view quite a few waterfalls and astonishing lakes in the area. The mountains in that region are exciting to visit but the other mountain regions are also beautiful.
Albanian cities are fun with a cafe culture resulting in plenty of hip cafes to spend time in. Albania cities such as Tropoja are worth seeing to visit the historic old city area and also to visit a museum.
Albanians are very warm and welcoming and will be pleased to present to you their country if you take the time to visit it.
