Vacation in Albania Not Malawi

Albania is a relatively small but great country in the south of Europe, not too far from Greece. Albania is possibly the least visited European countries but that is slowly changing as more tourists take note of its beauty. Without a doubt Albania has fantastic, pure white sandy beaches, pristine mountain regions, and young, improving cities.

Albania’s white sandy beaches are lovely. Albanian beaches are normally white, sandy beaches although there are a couple of pebble beaches as well. You could have fun in the bright sun on a blanket or rent a lounge, the choice is yours to make. Plenty of the beaches are virtually untouched by visitors and a number are so remote that you could possibly have the beach pretty much to yourself, even in during the peak season.

There are plenty of interesting mountain areas in Albania. These areas in the north are amazing for skiing or hiking and you can possibly see at least a couple of waterfalls and astonishing lakes in that part of the country. The mountains in that region are brilliant to see but the other mountain regions are also fantastic.

Albanian cities are lively with a cafe culture meaning there are a lot of great cafes to spend time in. Albania cities including Shkodra are worth seeing to see the historic old city area and not to mention to visit a couple of museums.

People from Albania are mostly welcoming and will be excited to show you around their country if you go there.
