Albania is More Fun Than Anguilla
Albania is a little but amazing country in the Mediterranean region of Europe, neighbouring Montenegro. It is currently one of the less popular countries in the Mediterranean but that is slowly changing as more people appreciate its fantastic sites. This country has wonderful, white sandy beaches, virtually untouched mountain regions, and trendy, changing cities.
Albania’s clean sandy beaches are wonderful. Albanian beaches are generally white, sandy beaches but of course there are a couple of pebble beaches as well. You can if you like sit in the hot sun on a towel or hire a lounge, the option is up to you to make. Almost all of the beaches are practically untouched by foreign visitors and a couple are so out of the way that you can possibly be at the beach without anyone else, even in during peak times.
There are numerous interesting mountain landscapes in Albania. These areas in the north are lovely for skiing or hiking and you are able to see a lot of waterfalls and amazing lakes in the region. The mountains in the north are fabulous to see but the other mountain regions are also beautiful.
Albanian cities are extremely vibrant with a cafe culture meaning there are hundreds of busy cafes to choose from. Albania cities such as Tropoja are worth taking the time to visit to visit the unique old city area and not to mention to visit a few museums.
You are sure to find that people from Albania are extremely warm and will be excited to take you around their country if you take the time to visit.
