After visiting Albania several times, I discovered there isn’t much in the way of Albanian t-shirt designs aimed at tourists or Albanian expats. After discussing this with my Albanian husband, we decided to create the Albanian Designs t-shirt shop.

Albanian Souvenirs

Albanian t-shirts are not all that is available in the online shop. You can also find lots of Albanian souvenirs such as hats, toys, teddy bears, stickers, and a wide range of other souvenirs. T-shirts make a great souvenir and you can find many different designs on t-shirts for many different cities. You can find Albanian tshirts for:

Albanian Gifts

Everything at Albanian Designs would also make great Albanian gifts. These might be suitable for your Albanian family and friends who would like a reminder of their homeland or for people who have visited or are interested in visiting Albania. Albanian gifts which are popular include the Albanian Eagle tshirt or a souvenir which includes the Albanian flag.

I’ve only recently purchased a video recorder and I love using it. Before that time I used the video on my camera. I always thought the video my camera was of a pretty high quality and, while it’s not bad, it’s nothing compared to an actual video camera.

So I’ve been going around taking videos of all my travels. I’ve recently been to Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, and to the south of France. These were all short trips made over the summer. I went a bit crazy taking photos, as I love to do, but my crazy Albanian husband filmed everything pretty much non stop.

Albanian Video

My next trip is going to be to Albania, probably in a couple of months. This will be my third trip but the first time I’ll have  an Albanian video souvenir of everything I see.

If you are interested in seeing other Albanian videos there are plenty around. Everyone these days seems to video everything and then put it on free video hosting websites such as YouTube. I’ve put a number of my videos on there and will be putting future Albanian videos on YouTube as well.

I can’t wait to go back to Albania and visit my friends and family. It’s going to be great seeing everyone again and seeing how much the country has changed since my last visit.

When I first visited Albania, I stayed in Berat with some friends of a friend. That worked out really well because they had a huge house and they were very welcoming and generous people. I’m glad I didn’t have to find a hotel there because there wasn’t that much on offer.

When I stayed in Tirana, it was a different story. I didn’t know anyone so I had to find a hotel. Finding a good hotel in Tirana is not that easy.

So I went looking for a Tirana, Albania Hotel and apart from a couple of so called ‘luxury’ hotels catering to international businessmen and diplomats, there weren’t many affordable, quality, clean hotels.

I managed to find one hotel which was ok but I believe that hotel doesn’t exist anymore. If I went back today things would be different as a lot of new hotels have sprung up in Tirana.

Albania is a great place to visit. There is a lot to see and seeing most people start their visit in Tirana then it’s worth choosing a nice, clean hotel in Tirana before heading off to other regions and cities.

I should be visiting Albania later this year, probably in time for the New Year Celebrations so I think I’ll visit Tirana, Durres, and Berat again. I’m looking forward to seeing how much has changed since my last visit, including the number of new buildings and hotels around.
